Immunization

 

The Immunization of School Pupils Act requires that all children under the age of 18 registered in school in Ontario must be immunized, or in the process of becoming immunized. Under the Act, parents are directly responsible for the immunization status of their children.  This law applies to all students who attend private or public elementary and secondary schools.
